Visit Bajo – PT. Pesona Wisata Bajo

Welcome to Visit Bajo, an official travel agency operating under PT. Pesona Wisata Bajo.

Before booking a trip with us, please read and understand the following terms and conditions. We are committed to providing professional service to ensure your journey is safe, comfortable, and memorable.

Booking Procedure

To book a trip with Visit Bajo, customers must first check tour availability and select the desired travel activity. Our team will verify the availability and provide detailed information about the selected trip.

Once the customer agrees with the trip details, a deposit is required to confirm the reservation:

  • 30% of the total trip cost for Open Trip / Sharing Trip
  • 50% of the total trip cost for Private Trip

Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email. All reservations will be confirmed in writing by Visit Bajo, and an official invoice will be issued.

Visit Bajo is not responsible for incorrect personal information provided by customers. Therefore, customers must carefully review and verify the booking confirmation sent by our team.

Payment

Customers will receive an invoice after their booking is confirmed by Visit Bajo. Payment must be made before the due date stated in the invoice. If the deposit is not received before the due date, the booking will be automatically canceled.

Payment of the deposit indicates that the customer has read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Payments can be made through:

  • Visit Bajo Bank Account (IDR)
  • WISE or Refolut (USD or EUR)
  • Alipay (CNY)
  • Direct payment at our office

Any bank transfer fees and currency conversion differences are the responsibility of the customer.

After the deposit is received, customers will receive a booking voucher along with the deadline for the remaining balance.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before departure.

For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, customers must pay the full trip amount no later than one day before departure.

Cancellation by Customers

Customers may cancel their bookings at any time by contacting Visit Bajo. All payments that have been made are non-refundable. However, customers may request to reschedule their trip within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

Changes or Cancellation by Visit Bajo

Visit Bajo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Technical issues
  • Government regulations or restrictions

If Visit Bajo cancels the trip before departure, customers may choose one of the following options:

  1. Full refund of the amount paid, or
  2. Reschedule the trip to another available date within the same year, or
  3. Transfer the booking to another available travel package offered by Visit Bajo

Sailing Permit Restrictions

All trips within the Komodo National Park area are subject to sailing permits issued by the local authorities.

If the sailing permit is not issued by the government and the trip cannot be operated:

If the trip has not started:

Customers may choose:

  • 100% refund of the total amount paid, or
  • Reschedule the trip within the same year, or
  • Change to another available travel package

If the trip has already started and must be stopped due to permit restrictions:

Visit Bajo will provide a partial refund, calculated proportionally based on the remaining unused part of the trip. Operational costs already incurred will be deducted. The refund amount will be calculated transparently by management.

Trip Interruption

If the trip is interrupted due to technical issues or operational circumstances beyond our control, Visit Bajo will:

  • Replace the boat with another vessel of similar class and comparable facilities, or
  • Provide a proportional refund based on the unused portion of the trip.

Insurance

Customers are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance that covers:

  • Medical expenses due to accidents or illness
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Travel disruptions or cancellations caused by airlines or other service providers

Visit Bajo is not responsible for any personal losses or medical expenses during the trip.

Flights

All airline schedules are subject to change due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or air traffic regulations.

Visit Bajo is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by airline schedule changes.

We strongly recommend that customers arrive in Labuan Bajo at least one day before the trip begins.

Liability

Guests are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by guides and boat crew during the trip.

Visit Bajo shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

Agreement

By booking a trip with Visit Bajo, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
